Well, I’ve been doing the fad-diet-diet for just shy of two months and so far I have lost 20 pounds. But I’ve really only been on a fad-diet for about half of those days. The other days were spent recovering. For me the diet that has been the best combination of results and sustainability was the Coca-Cola and McDonald’s Diet. That’s not saying a whole lot because the other diets were pretty awful. But I could easily go on that one again for another week. I am taking some progress pics and will eventually put a page of them up.
